Is Your District Ready?
The LEA that I have been learning from is very prepared for SBAC Testing. The LEA I have been learning from has the network, devices, and operating system necessary for their students to access the assessments. I collected the information from different sources:

Reflect on the work you did to collect information for the SBAC testing requirements. What stood out to you as key discoveries?
found that interviews that I had for previous assignments and classes were very helpful because all the information needed for one MA class could be use to learn about SBAC testing requirements. During both interviews we talked about network, devices, and operating systems used in the district.
I made observations of the type of devices we used for student assessment because the devices are also used in primary grades. Each grade level has 5 Asus devices that later are shared with upper grades for SBAC Assessments.
The LEA Website is very useful when learning about the devices and network used in the LEA. Their technology plan had information as well as board meeting notes where they presented the devices to integrate technology in the classroom adhering common core standards.
Overall LEA researched has successfully implemented their devices with the requirements from SBAC testing standards.
